Taieri Gorge Railway
A highlight of any visit to Dunedin is a trip on the Taieri Gorge Railway – one of the world’s great train trips and the most popular shore excursion for visiting cruise ships.
Departing daily from central Dunedin into the Taieri Gorge, this trip travels through some of New Zealand’s most rugged, beautiful and ever-changing scenery, which cannot be seen from the road!
