Traveling one-way between Pukerangi and Dunedin
- We offer both return and one-way train tickets on The Taieri Gorge train.
- If you are travelling one-way from Dunedin, your train will reach Pukerangi at around 11.15am.
- If you are traveling one-way from Pukerangi to Dunedin, please wait at the Pukerangi station with your ticket ready to show the guard at the following time:
- 11.15am - if your booked train departs Dunedin at 9.30am
- 4.45pm - if your booked train departs Dunedin at 3pm
Seating and Group Bookings
- Seating is General Admission but carriages may be allocated to improve your boarding/disembarking experience.
- If you are in a group, we recommend arriving early to find preferred seating together.
- Private carriages may be available on request if you have a group of 30+ passengers.

- We have limited space onboard. If you wish to travel with a bike or other large items, please contact our team to request storage space before making a booking and at least 72 hours before your preferred train trip begins.
