Dunedin to Queenstown

Upon making your way to the beautiful Dunedin railway station you can check your luggage all the way though to your destination.  Your train departs at 9.30am for a ride through the incredible Taieri Gorge.

Sit back and relax as the train tootles merrily through this spectacular gorge and soak up the scenery and history of an incredible part of New Zealand. This is one of the world' great train trips and one you will remember for many years to come.

At the trains destination of Pukerangi (or on most Fridays or Sundays it will be Middlemarch)  your transport will be there waiting eagerly for you to take you on to your next exciting destination.  

Climb aboard your Green-Cabs transport and see a 'off the beaten track' part of New Zealand that is timeless. The Maniototo is a stunning landscape that appears to be straight from a painting and is unique to this area of the country. 

Your coach then departs the Maniototo and travels through Clyde, Cromwell and onto Queenstown.  If you are staying centrally in Queenstown your transport will drop you off there at approximately 4.30pm

Queenstown to Dunedin 

This tour also works in reverse.

Depart the beautiful resort town of Queenstown by coach and travel through the Kawarau Gorge, Cromwell and then onto the picturesque and off the beaten track of the Maniototo.  This countryside has awe inspiring scenery that will stay in your memories forever.

At Pukerangi (or on most Fridays or Sundays it will be Middlemarch)  your transport will meet the Taieri Gorrge Railway for a spectacular trip through the Taieri Gorge.

If you are starting your Journey in Queenstown, when you book please provide details of your accommodation so your pick up can be arranged. If you don't yet know where you will be staying please make sure you reconfirm and let us know your pick up point at least 48 hours prior to travel. If booking online please put your pick up location in the 'notes' box on the payment screen.

-GreenCabs do pick-up  Central Queenstown accommodation from 7 to 7.30am. and you will arrive in Dunedin at 1.30pm if via Pukerangi or 3.30pm if via Middlemarch.You can check where you will go via by starting a booking online and seeing which train sector gets booked.
